We offer everything from international shipping options to free pick up in store if you are close by! Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout and varies depending on location and order size. We do our best to find the best rates available to our customers. Be sure to provide a physical shipping address when placing your order.

ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY STANDARDS
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of order receipt, with the exception of national and provincial holidays.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, you can expect it to arrive within the following approximate time frame. Please note, for U.S. and International orders, customs may cause additional delays.
Please Note: For all international orders, including orders being shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for paying all customs, duties & brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Olson's cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Western Canada - 3 to 5 business days
Eastern Canada - 5 to 7 business days
Atlantic Canada - 7 to 11 business days
To the United States
Western United States - 5 to 7 business days

International
Please allow at least 7 to 11 business days for international shipments.
RETURNS
Incorrect Item(s) Delivered
If a customer receives an incorrect item(s), please call toll-free at 1-800-661-2492 or send an e-mail to sales@olsoncurling.com. Olson Curling will pay for the correct item(s) to be returned to the customer.
Eligible Return/Exchange Item(s)
If any regular priced item(s) fails to meet customer expectations, it may be returned or exchanged. Final sale/clearance item(s) cannot be returned for a refund.
Limitations for Return/Exchange Item(s)
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of original date of purchase.
- Item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
- Laundered, altered or damaged item(s) will not be accepted.
- A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be included with the returned item(s).
- Item(s) must be sent back by a traceable method:
- Canada: courier, parcel post or Xpresspost.
- US: insured USPS or Registered Mail (do not return items via regular mail).
- If outside of Canada, please DO NOT send by FedEX or UPS.
- The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping; and duty/brokerage charges on all returns and exchanges. Olson Curling does not accept any returns via COD.
How to Return/Exchange an Item(s):
- Adhere to the limitations listed above.
- Place the item(s) to return in a box.
- Include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
- Please provide a brief explanation for the return and/or exchange instructions.
