Online Order Delivery Methods
All local, national and international shipping costs are automatically calculated, in real-time, as you check-out of our online store. We ship within Canada using either Canada Post or Purolator. We ship to the USA and internationally using either Canada Post or United Parcel Service (UPS).
ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY STANDARDS
Online Order Delivery Times
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days of order receipt, with the exception of national and provincial holidays.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, you can expect it to arrive within the following approximate time frame. Please note, for U.S. and Internationl orders, customs may cause additional delays.
Please Note: For all international orders, including orders being shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for paying all customs, duties & brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Olson's cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If we deliver the wrong item to you, please call us toll-free at 1-800-661-2492 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange to deliver the correct item completely at our expense.
If you purchase an item that doesn not fit you correctly or that you are not satified with, we will gladly return or exchange it.
1. Item must be returned within 30 days of original date of purchase.
2. Item must be in new, unused condition in original packaging.
3. Laundered, altered or damaged items will not be accepted.
4. A copy of the Invoice OR Packing Slip MUST be included.
5. Items must be sent back by a traceable method such as courier, Parcel Post or Xpresspost within Canada; USPS Insured or Registered Mail, for the USA. No snail mail. If outside Canada, please DO NOT send by FedEx or UPS, as you will incurr extra duty, customs and brokerage costs.
6. Customer is responsible for the original and return shipping, duty/brokerage charges on all returns and exchanges. We do not accept any returns via COD.
7. Final Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned for refund.
How to Return / Exchange an Item:
Adhering to the limitation listed above, place the items you wish to return in a box. Include a copy of the Invoice or Packing Slip. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction or your exchange instructions.
We will issue the refund in the same manner the order was paid for. We do not charge restocking fees to retail customers.

At Olson's, we aim for 100% Customer Satisfaction. All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include damage due to product misuse or abuse. Even if one year has elapsed, we offer repair services at very competitive prices. Please contact us for further details.
How to make a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, attempt to return the product to the retail outlet where it was initially purchased. If this option is unavailable to you, send the defective product directly to our warehouse at the address below. Be sure to include a valid proof of purchase receipt, a detailed letter specifying the manufacturer's defect, your name, address, and telephone number. Once received, the item will be examined to verify the defect. If it is covered by warranty it will be repaired and returned. If not repairable, but covered under warranty, Olson's will replace it with the same model or a substitution of equal or greater value, at Olson's discretion.
Non-Warranty Returns or Exchanges
If you order an incorrect item or incorrect size, Olson's will ship the correct item to you, as soon as we are notified. We will charge your credit card for the cost of the new item and shipping. Credit will be applied to your original item, not including original cost of shipping, within 72 hours of its return to Olson's. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original order back. Olson's will NOT accept the return of any used, dirty, stained, or damaged items. All returns must be in original packaging.
